Courtney started her journey with PRP in 2015 after discovering her passion for the Life Insurance industry. Throughout her career within the insurance and legal industry, she has a proven track record of providing a professional and efficient service with the highest level of confidentiality to a wide range of clients.
She has a passion for facilitating the provision of advice that is always to the best interest of the client and managing the efficiency of business workflow. Together with her ability to challenge herself and learn at every opportunity, she is a valuable addition to the team.
Courtney is responsible for non-advice and non-executive director functions of the business to oversee daily business activities, improving overall business functions, training of staff, managing budgets, developing strategic plans, creating policies, and communicating business goals to drive the performance of the firm.
Outside of work, Courtney enjoys spending time with her husband & son, travelling and exploring new places and playing social netball.
