Mark Everingham CFP®, AEPS®, LRS®, Dip. FP is the Founder and Managing Director of Personal Risk Professionals (PRP) and a recognised Life Insurance Subject Matter Expert with more than 20 years’ experience in life and disability insurance . A Certified Financial Planner, Accredited Estate Planning Strategist and Life Risk Specialist, Mark works closely with accounting firms, financial planners, private wealth advisers and business owners as their trusted insurance partner. His expertise spans personal and business insurance strategy, technical policy advice and complex structuring, underpinned by senior roles across boutique practices and major institutions including ANZ Corporate and Private Bank.

Mark is also widely respected for his work as a dedicated claims advocate, standing beside clients and their families at claim time to ensure policy intent translates into real outcomes. He is passionate about restoring confidence in life insurance advice and elevating professional standards across the industry. Through active involvement on insurer advisory boards, ASIC and FPA working groups, and as a past chair and practitioner representative on national committees, Mark has helped shape policy, regulation and best practice. He was recognised with the FPA Distinguished Service Award in 2021 for his contribution to the profession.
